Aracena, Monday 25th April: Human Rights

On this day I  continued doing the following questions:

Questions about Rights and Duties:

9.Why was there not a real democracy in the Medieval Ages?
Because the final decision was taken by the monarch only.

10.Why were the Renaissance Italian Republics not considered real democracies either?
As they had the Roman republic as a modelmuch more restricted than the Athenian democracy as regards the acknowledgement of political rights for citizens.

12.What was "Old Rule"?
The rulers of the pre-democratic states.

Questions about Inalienable Rights.

1.Give at least two examples of an advantage that the nobility and he clergy were given.
Nobility and clergy could not be judge in the same court that judges the commons and even laws, and punishments, were also different.
